HUD has released the 2023 income limits effective, May 15, 2023. All LIHTC properties must implement the new income limits within 45 days of the release date. Please see the link under Compliance Quick Links to find the rent and income calculator launch by Novogradac. Please Note: The 2023 income limits will be incorporated soon. However, this is a great link to check the income limits and max rent limits for any LIHTC project.
