Glenn Lucas

Glenn Lucas is an asset manager with AEP based out of the Atlanta office. His portfolio consists of developments in metro Atlanta, southwest Georgia and Florida. Glenn started working with AEP in September of 2021. Prior to joining AEP, his real estate experience included MetLife, Prudential Mortgage Capital, Heller Financial (now GE Capital) and the Atlanta Housing Authority. Glenn has a fundamental belief that everyone should have safe and affordable housing ergo my passion for the affordable housing space.
