Pamela Hetz
Director of Business Development & Investor Relations
As director of business development and investor relations at Affordable Equity Partners, Pamela Hetz brings more than 20 years of experience in affordable housing finance, community development and investor engagement. In her role, she focuses on Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, equity capital formation, relationship management and helping advance investment strategies that support affordable housing initiatives.
Before joining AEP, Pamela spent 16 years with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, where she held positions in asset-liability management, bulk mortgage sales and community investment. Through this work, she developed a strong understanding of institutional finance, capital deployment and the decision-making processes that shape impactful housing and community development strategies.
Pamela works closely with asset managers, investors and development partners to help move transactions forward with clarity and discipline. Her experience across both financial and community investment functions gives her a broad perspective on aligning investor objectives with long-term community impact.
