Nick is an Asset Manager based out of his home office in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. Nick handles the Western Missouri portfolio and adds value mainly through site inspections, cash flow optimization, and capital project decisions. In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with friends and family and as much time as possible on the golf course.
