Property Spotlight: Towne Park Commons

Towne Park Commons, a Fairway Management affordable family community located in Rincon, Georgia, provides residents with a quality living experience in a convenient location.

Towne Park Commons offers one, two and three bedroom apartment homes equipped with energy-efficient appliances, hardwood-style flooring and full-sized washer and dryers in each unit. The community offers a fitness center, playground, furnished community room and business center. The community is professionally maintained and managed, including 24-hour emergency maintenance for residents.

Virginia Snowden and Neida Lugo are two childhood friends who were reunited when they both came to live at Towne Park Commons. Neida explains her first time at the community, “When I came to visit Virginia, she was already next door [at Towne Park Commons], and I said ‘Wouldn’t it be nice to get together again?’ Then what happens? An apartment straight across from her opens up, and I moved in!”

While there are many aspects of the community that drew them to Towne Park Commons, the driving factor was the affordability. “I for one knew I couldn’t afford [my previous] rent; it kept getting higher and higher,” Neida said.
