Peaks of Tazewell Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Peaks of Tazewell, a 56-unit, family community located in Tazewell, Tennessee, recently held their Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting ceremony.

The event began at 1:00 p.m. and featured many notable attendees including Tennessee Housing Development Agency Liaison Katie Moore, Tazewell Mayor Wayne Jessie, Claiborne County Mayor Jack Daniels, Gateway Management Company President Randy Fleece and Resource Housing Group’s Samit Patel were all in attendance.

Affordable Equity Partners provided equity for the development. Resource Housing Group built Peaks of Tazewell, while Tennessee Housing Development Agency helped to finance the property. Sterling Bank was the project lender, and Gateway Management Company oversaw the daily administration of the project.
