Andrea C. Winter, Vice President of Fairway Management, Inc. (FWM) joined the company as Director of Fairway Management in June of 2007. During her time in Fairway Management, Andrea has been responsible for overseeing the management and operations of all properties within the portfolio.

Graduating with a Business Degree in Marketing from Mount Vernon College, Andrea brings expertise to FWM in marketing, sales, training and education, and company-wide operations. Prior to working with FWM, she was an account executive for Clinique Cosmetics’ Midwest territory, where she was responsible for the performance of all Clinique counters throughout four different states. She was also part of the "Management Training Program" and a store manager for Starbucks in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Andrea is dedicated to ensuring all properties within Fairway Management's portfolio operate in alignment with JES Holdings’ Mission Statement, Vision, and Values in order to drive property and resident decision making. She continues to play a role in the development of Fairway Management's new hire training program, Pathways to Success, as well as helping to develop required continued education and certification requirements for all team members, insuring they are equipped with the knowledge needed to be successful in their positions in the ever changing field of property management. Her push for continued education as well as personal development can be found through internal training as well as consistent attendance at industry training events, federal and state LIHTC and Rural Development conferences, and leadership seminars internally and through the University of Missouri's: Missouri Training Institute. Andrea is a member of IREM and a candidate for the CPM designation.

Andrea currently lives in Chesterfield. She enjoys reading, tennis, gardening, and cooking.

Ryan Stevens, Director of Operations for FWM, began his career with JES Holdings, LLC as an intern in 2001. During his internship, Ryan spent his time working with Fairway Construction and with FWM’s accounting team. Ryan graduated in 2004 from the University Of Missouri- Columbia College Of Business with a BS in Finance/Banking and Real Estate. Upon graduation, he joined Affordable Equity Partners as part of the Asset Management team. Realizing his passion was working in the field, Ryan joined the AEP Leasing Team in 2005 becoming a key contributor to the success of several lease-up efforts in Missouri, South Carolina, and Georgia.

Having gained a wealth of knowledge in operations and management, Ryan became the Regional Manager of the Eastern Region of FWM in 2007. During his time spent overseeing the region, he was successful in motivating his team to achieve record breaking occupancy within the portfolio. He moved on to become a Senior Regional Manager, and then, most recently, Director of Operations for Fairway Management. In his current position, Ryan is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of FWM properties, progress of the Regional Managers, and the success of MetroCIG. He also works with the Vice President of Fairway Management to continually improve the overall operations of FWM. Ryan is a member of IREM and a candidate for the CPM designation.

Ryan is currently a member of the United Way Circle of Leaders and is involved with the Rootin’ Tootin’ Chili Cook-off Committee at JES Holdings. Ryan currently lives in Columbia and enjoys golfing, movies, and Mizzou Football.
