AEP’s affiliate construction company, Fairway Construction Co., Inc., can provide valuable consultation to developers during the initial design and construction of the development and can also provide construction inspections as requested. Fairway Construction has built more than 150 multi-family and senior developments, including affordable and market-rate housing. Fairway Construction also has extensive experience renovating historic properties.     Devin Brown, Project Manager for Fairway Construction Co., Inc. (FWC), has been a member of the team for eight and a half years. In his position he works closely with the Development and Management Companies as well as third party Architects and Engineers to insure all expectations on construction projects are completed. He oversees the projects to be sure they are constructed accordance to building plans and specifications and according to the building and municipal codes. He is also responsible for soliciting bids, developing and maintaining the budgets, and monitoring job progress and scheduling for all Missouri construction projects.

    Devin is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a BS in Animal Science. Following graduation, he started working as a project coordinator for Fairway Construction Co., Inc. He currently sits on the Architect Selection Committee for the new Ronald McDonald House under construction in Columbia, Missouri. Devin is also a member of the JES Holdings internal leadership series.

    Outside of work, Devin enjoys competing in equestrian events, cropping, and horse breeding. He and his family are members of the American Quarter Horse Association, National Reining Horse Association, and the American Ranch Horse Association.
